Nicholas bozzi
Founder, VICE PRESIDENT
Nick brings a unique blend of financial, operational, and sales expertise to the HVAC and heat transfer industry. He began his career at Toll Brothers as a Cost Accountant before joining MultiTherm as an Accounting Manager. While at MultiTherm, he transitioned into sales, supporting heat transfer fluids, coils, and heat exchangers, and quickly moved into an outside sales role. Over the next two years, Nicholas grew his territory by nearly 400% by focusing on responsiveness, technical knowledge, and customer-first execution. After a brief time in tax consulting, he returned to the industry to launch HeatEx Technologies—built on a simple philosophy:

Matthew Lane
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Similar to Nick, Matt brings a blend of financial, operational, and sales expertise to HeatEX. He comes from more than a decade of experience in the residential construction industry, building homes from foundation to finishing touches. Before transitioning into a corporate finance job, he spent some time working with a prominent mechanical contractor in the Philadelphia area delivering and assisting their service department. From there, he went on to an internship for technology implementations at a fintech company. After two quick years, he was managing the team he started with. His quick progression stood out and gave him the opportunity to transition into a sales role, where he was responsible prospecting, lead qualification, demonstration, and quoting on multi-million-dollar deals. His position at HeatEX is the perfect summation of all his experience so far.

Sage Harkins
Sales and Service Associate
Sage is a young professional, who supports sales initiatives through his customer-centric approach, fostering strong client relationships. Through Sage's experience as a caddie, he has gained a high-EQ as well as excellent communication skills with folks from all different backgrounds. Sage is the ultimate team player, which he picked up from his time as a college basketball player. Prior to joining at HeatEX, Sage also worked as a HVAC Technician at DUCTZ of DelChester, where he gained technical expertise as well as industry knowledge.

JORGE VILLANUEVA
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, SOUTHEAST TERRITORY
Jorge is a long-standing Account Executive in the commercial and industrial HVAC space. He is a walking encyclopedia on OEM manufacturing specs, and he can tell you everything about the unit you are looking at if you only told him the model and serial number. Known to the team as "the coil god". He specializes in coastal applications that often require protective coatings, redesign, and refurbishment, as the majority of his career has been based in South Florida.
